LEGAL POLICY

Product listings, photographs, descriptions, part numbers, mileage, condition and compatibility information are provided to help customers evaluate each transmission or component. Pricing, availability and listing errors may be corrected at any time.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing. Verify the vehicle year, make, model, engine, drivetrain, transmission code, part number and VIN. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect vehicle information, vehicle modifications or the selection of an incompatible product.

All transmissions and related components must be inspected before installation and installed by a qualified transmission professional. Proper fluids, filters, seals, cooler and line servicing, programming, relearn procedures and manufacturer instructions must be followed.

We are not responsible for damage or failure caused by improper installation, contaminated fluid or transmission lines, overheating, incorrect programming, misuse, racing, towing beyond the vehicle’s limits, modifications or improper maintenance.

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing or a written agreement, merchandise is sold as described. Used products may show normal signs of previous use. Any manufacturer or remanufacturer warranty is provided and administered by that warranty provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential expenses, including labor, diagnostics, towing, storage, rental vehicles, lost time, lost income or damage resulting from installation, operation or misuse.

Submitting an order or receiving an automatic confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be refused or canceled because of unavailable inventory, listing errors, payment concerns, suspected fraud or another legitimate business reason.

These policies may be updated when necessary. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that purchase.
